With over 40 years of experience operating hospitals and healthcare systems both domestically and internationally, I have developed a reputation for enhancing the cultural environment within hospitals. My goal has always been to empower hospital staff to provide the best possible patient experience for consumers who expect nothing less.
After retiring from my role as a Hospital CEO, I founded Hospital Guide to continue my mission of bridging the gap between what hospital consumers want and what healthcare providers deliver. Throughout my career, I have successfully led multiple hospitals to achieve best practice ratings for patient experience, including several that received the “Most Improved Patient Experience Rating” as designated by U.S. News.
My passion for delivering a 5-Star healthcare experience stems not only from my professional journey but also from my personal experiences as a patient and caregiver.
